The Loewer Discmaster 4TD is characterised by the use of four large oscillating deburring discs. In the first station of the Loewer Discmaster 4TD, the primary burr of the workpiece is grinded off with the help of two discs. Two Abrasive foam support discs each hold a 250 grinding Abrasive disc. These abrasive discs are available from boeck in various materials and grit sizes. Afterwards, the edges of the workpiece are rounded in the second station. This is again done by two oscillating deburring discs. The boeck deburring discs 250 in the Brown Edition grip the surface and edges of the workpiece, removing sharp edges in particular.
