ALSO, CLEANSING THE SCALP DOESN'T REQUIRE TRADITIONAL STORE SHELF SHAMPOOS. I will explore natural alternatives while I'm in two strand twists. After a deep conditioning, I air dried and then tension method blow dry. The hair was moisturized and put into sections to prepare to be twisted. 6 hours later, the twists were done. This is week 1 of a 4 week wear of my two strand twists I plan to maintain a clean and healthy scalp with the vinegar/water mix (2 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 spray bottle filled with water). I plan to co wash afterwards, and then air dry with the moisturizer/oil mix combo. I will re-twist any frizzy or unraveling twists. The goal is tangle free hair at the end of the 4 weeks. Well moisturized and drama free take down will ensure great length retention.
