That was a day of riding I will never ever forget. Cycling in the Alpine region of Victoria takes some beating. This is the closest feeling I’ll ever have to knowing what the tour is like. I can’t believe how hard it was. It’s still all about the people, the result is irrelevant. The only thing the matters is giving it your very best. If you’re thinking about signing up next year, do it. You won’t regret it but you might not enjoy it. I thought I was a climber, this event laughed at that.
