The morning of May 15, 2015, our graduating class met with David Lynch for the second part of a 2-day Q & A. At that time, Lynch had dropped out of the deal with SHOWTIME for a Twin Peaks revival. I told Lynch that none of us were interested in seeing a new Twin Peaks if he didn't direct it. I ask him if he could go into detail about why he dropped out of the SHOWTIME deal; he laughs and replies that he can't say. Fellow student Jaclyn then asks Lynch if he's considered exploring crowdfunding as an alternative. Lynch explains why crowdfunding wouldn't work.
