License and registration, please? In Part 1, I bought a Fiat Multipla — possibly the ugliest car ever made — and talked about the importing process and what it took to get it "landed" here in California. In Part 2, now I’m trying to fix everything broken to get it ready for daily driving duties, and more importantly getting the registration and license plate process complete so I won't get pulled over and impounded for riding dirty.
