Dream Hotel & Casino Las Vegas Construction Update 02 19 2025

Today's video is at the Dream Hotel and Casino Las Vegas construction site on Las Vegas Blvd. It is Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The construction for this project has been on hold for almost 2 years. Construction was stopped in March of 2023 because the builder was having issues securing the construction loan for the project. Fast forward 2 years. New construction walls have been put up around the site. I was able to smell the fresh paint on them while I was there today. I wanted to take some video because it appears like construction is getting ready to start back up. According to what I have read online, the county has given the builder a 2 year extension on the building permit and the builder said they should have funding in place by the end on 2024 for 2025 construction.
