LocalLink 56 - Charles CenterⓂ️ (Downtown) to White Marsh Losfom Z11 Body Camera (1080p) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DP3YMDDY?... If there was one good thing BaltimoreLink resolved since June 17, 2017, it was the much appraised destruction of the Frankenstein of a line, the Route 31/35 (later just "Route 35"). A lobotomized experiment made possible by the GBBI initiative of 2005. Now, the original "original" route, of the same number as well, the LocalLink 56 is the heir apparent successor to the no. 35. Beyond the recent history that made up the Route 35, would you believe it wasn't a "true" local service but, much rather, a limited-stop express between downtown and Armistead Gardens where it worked in tandem alongside the long-since retired Route 62. Yes, believe it or not, this line has ties to the original no. 6 line, whose offspring became the Routes 61, 62, 63 (later 64), and 65 stretching from North Baltimore to South Baltimore to West Baltimore. So, one could say, that the LocalLink 56 and CityLink SILVER & LocalLink 67 are 'cousins' by extension. As mentioned, the Route 35 was a limited-stop express within the city limits then later conjoined with the Route 62 to be a local line until 2005. Let us forget about the Greater Baltimore Bus Initiative... The LocalLink 56 without question is on the busiest truncated lines in the entire network with a seated load for 90% of its route. Funny enough, the LocalLink 56 does have an express service supplementing it, but calling the ExpressLink 120 an express "𝘧𝘰𝘳" the Link 56 is like saying a 𝗹𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗱 and a 𝘀𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗱 are both "leopards." Needless to say, the service provided, makes up for it but going nearly the entire length of the route fully-loaded has to put into motion for service planning & development to address this issue to relieve service. At least it isn't the GBBI-era Route 35...
