Whet your appetites with a selection of up to 15 varieties of French cheeses alongside an assortment of homemade viennoiseries. The Salad Atelier features terrarium-style compound salads, with recommendations including baby French Grenaille potato salad glazed in a lively Madras aioli, and crispy sea salt baked organic beetroot with marinated feta and pear. If not, create-your-own-salad with the selection of ingredients and dressings. You can further top up for free-flow Signature Mains ($10++) or Signature and Premium Mains ($30++), with dishes all prepared a la minute so that you get them fresh, piping hot, and sent right to your table. The Signature Mains comprise of all-time favourites from Racines’ award-winning repertoire, combining both French and Asian-local favourites.
