With the proof of concept complete it was now time to get the DCT gearbox in to our E63 M6 and start the monumental task of refining the drivability of the setup. After 9 months and roughly 2000 miles of testing, hundreds of hours of development and more software revisions than we'd like to count (2250+...) it's finally time for Imran to get behind the wheel and experience a DCT swapped S85 V10 for the first time, 15 years after BMW planted the seed of possibility in his mind. We'll be the first to admit this still isn't anywhere near a finished product, and if anything is just teasing Imran of how good a DCT swapped V10 could truly be.
