A few years ago I got into property the same way most people do. Watching videos, reading books and trying to figure out where the hell to start. Everyone was talking about buying property, needing loads of capital and taking big risks. Honestly it felt confusing, expensive and backwards. So instead of rushing to buy I went all in on property sourcing. I focused on learning how to find solid deals, analyse them properly, negotiate with agents and connect those deals with investors who already had the money and were ready to move. That decision changed everything. I’ve now sourced over 350 property deals, built a network of serious investors and gone on to build a property portfolio worth over £5 million. And the key part is this. Property sourcing paid me long before I ever bought my own property. During the process, I built my relationships with agents and investors. After sharing bits of this online and working with people behind the scenes I realised there is a massive gap.
