Quick message that seemed relevant to the content in this one: for anyone who needs to hear this - if what you’re feeling is really hard right now, and maybe you’re spiralling and wondering how you’re going to even manage anything if you’re honest with yourself and allow yourself to sink into this… everything’s going to be okay. When it seems like you’re going through hell right now it’s usually because feeling has been suppressed/repressed for a long time and it’s coming up in a way that’s totally unfamiliar to the system. Be kind to yourself and trust that you’re where you need to be and don’t listen to anyone’s bs when they’re basically telling you to push things back down. They’re only saying what they know, ignore it. Trust the process, you’re where you need to be.
