The panel included Comm. Roderick Bremby - Department of Social Services; Judith Meyers - president and CEO, Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut; Comm. Myra Jones-Taylor - Office of Early Childhood; and Megan Smith - professor, Yale Child Study Center and director, New Haven MOMS Partnership. The event was held at the Pond House in West Hartford, Connecticut.
