In this class you will kick and punch your way to fit with fun cardio boxing and muay thai moves designed to spike your heart rate and burn maximum calories during and post work-out (also known as the "after burn" ). Our add-on combination choreography is easy to follow and there is NO JUMPING in this class, making it entirely low-impact. So let's punch, kick, sweat and smile with 30-minutes of calorie and fat burning cardio kickboxing. All R/C Fitness classes are FREE of charge, however donations are welcome if you like our work.
