Faenza, close to Bologna and Ravenna, is a city of art of Roman origins (Faventia was its ancient name), with a Renaissance appearance and the elegance of the Liberty style. Cattedrale di San Pietro Apostolo The Cathedral of San Pietro Apostolo, built from 1474, is one of the most important examples of Renaissance architecture in Romagna. Near Faenza There are many villages that preserve artistic and food and wine treasures, such as Brisighella. And don't miss the opportunity to go to Oriolo dei Fichi, by bike or in 5 minutes by car.
