Both integral body and separated body design are available. The slide gate is a single part with a circular opening. It is well grounded on both sides to eliminate potential adhesion of media. Gate: λ The slide gate is an integral plate with a circular opening, which cuts off the flow while operation. λ Gate is well grinded to eliminate the possibility of clog. λ Gate thickness can be customized according to requirement. Seat: • Seat is adjustable to meet different sealing class and compensate normal seat wear. • Severely worn seat can be uninstalled and grinded to be functional again. • Seat retainer covers the entire seat and prevents it from flow flushing. Other: λ Double thrust bearing minimize the torque required for operation. λ Stem Cover is available. λ Grease Nipple is available. λ Bearing Cover is available.
