Y6 Leavers Song 2011

This video is taken on a hot July day in 2011 when the pupils from Year 6 celebrated their final day in primary school. It was customary in the school for those children to invite their parents to a special assembly where the children would recount some of their primary school experiences. Here the children have also prepared a song. After the song the children would be presented with their Records of Achievement and a dictionary with a Southwell Primary School bookplate inside. At the end of the service the children were allowed to get members of staff and their classmates to sign their yellow school uniform polo shirts.
