This simple cheesecake requires no baking and is topped with Happy Hippo wafers and chopped hazelnuts for a perfect crunchy finish! ✨ Ingredients: • 200 g butter biscuits • 60 g unsalted butter (melted) • 500 g mascarpone cheese • 50 g Philadelphia cream cheese • 35 g powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla sugar • 1 tsp whipped cream stabilizer • 3 tbsp hazelnut milk cream • 200 ml heavy cream • 250–300 g hazelnut milk cream (for topping) • Happy Hippo wafers + chopped hazelnuts (for decoration) ✨ Method: 1. Crush the cookies in a blender. Add melted butter and press into a lined cake pan to form the base. Chill in the fridge. 2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, Philadelphia, vanilla sugar, and hazelnut milk cream until smooth. 3. Add heavy cream and whipped cream stabilizer, mix well. Then add powdered sugar. 4. Spread the cream mixture over the chilled base and smooth the top. 5. Warm the hazelnut milk cream slightly in the microwave, pour over the cheesecake, and quickly spread before it sets. 6.
