In this adventure-filled vlog, I start my journey in Lachung at a local shop where I return the firewood I bought yesterday for camping—unfortunately, I couldn’t camp as I didn’t have proper permission. After enjoying a warm cup of tea at the shop, I hit the road in my car. Midway, I stop to refill my fuel from a jerry can before continuing towards a stunning frozen riverbank. The sight of the completely frozen river is mesmerizing! From there, I head to a natural hot spring, where I take a refreshing shower amidst the breathtaking winter landscape. While there, I meet a group of travelers from different states who came for a picnic, and we have an interesting conversation about their journey. After the warm soak and friendly chats, I return to the same shop for another cup of tea before resuming my drive. As hunger strikes, I pull over at a scenic roadside spot and cook a delicious meal of rajma chawal using my camping equipment. Cooking in the open air with the beautiful surroundings makes the experience even more special!
