Tawa Fry Kaleji Serves 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Mutton kaleji (Mutton liver) cubes ½ kg (washed) -Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -On griddle,add cooking oil,mutton liver and mix well until changes color. -Add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,red chili powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder and mix well for 3-4 minutes. -Add salt and mix well. -Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Mutton kaleji (Mutton liver) cubes ½ kg (washed) -Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -Tawa per cooking oil aur mutton kaleji dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Dhania,zeera,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder aur haldee powder dal dein aur 3-4 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
