First, you need to know how the Modal Double-Faced Cards (MDFCs) work with effects such as Balustrade Spy, Undercity Informer, and Goblin Charbelcher... the short of it is that they aren't recognized as lands so you reveal your entire library. Sweet! Now when you target yourself with Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer, you mill your entire deck. At this point, you can flashback Memory's Journey on either the Thassa's Oracle itself or Unearth. On the following turn (or if you have enough mana and a manamorphose), untap and cast that spell to put Thassa's Oracle onto the battlefield.
