Veg Poha Nuggets Recipe poha recipe in hindi,poha recipe,vegetable poha recipe,maharashtrian poha recipe,kanda poha recipe in hindi,authentic poha recipe,traditional poha recipe,poha,onion poha recipe,veg poha recipe,kanda batata poha recipe,how to make poha,kanda poha,roti ka poha recipe in hindi,how to make poha in hindi,kanda poha recipe,namkeen chivda recipe,recipe in hindi,poha chivda,kande pohe recipe,poha in hindi 00:00 - Making Veg Poha Nuggets 00:21 - Soaking the Poha 00:41 - Adding Veggies 01:16 - Adding Dry Spices 02:13 - Shaping the Nuggets 03:28 - Frying 04:46 - Plating 04:59 - Meghna tastes the Nuggets Ingredients : 1 cup Soaked poha (gently wash & drain all water) 2 tbs finely chopped capsicum Finely chopped green chillies (as per taste) 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot Some finely chopped spring onion Handful of finely chopped coriander leaves 3 medium sized shredded parboiled potatoes Pinch of turmeric powder (haldi) Red chilli powder (as per taste) 1/2 tsp dhaniya (coriander) powder 1 tsp amchur powder 1 tsp mildly roasted crushed coriander seeds (sabut dhaniya) 2 tsp white sesame seeds (safed til) Salt as per taste 2 tbs besan (for binding) 2-3 tbs oil Bread crumbs Method : Take a mixing bowl Add soaked poha (gently wash & drain all water) Add 2 tbs finely chopped capsicum Add finely chopped green chillies (as per taste) Add 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot Add some finely chopped spring onion Add handful of finely chopped coriander leaves (Add veggies as per your choice) Add 3 medium sized shredded parboiled potatoes Add a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi) Add red chilli powder (as per taste) Add 1/2 tsp dhaniya (coriander) powder Add 1 tsp amchur powder (alternatively use lemon juice) Add 1 tsp mildly roasted crushed coriander seeds (sabut dhaniya) Add 2 tsp white sesame seeds (safed til) Add salt as per taste Add 2 tbs besan (for binding) Mix it and bind well with hands Further grease a tray with oil to set nuggets Place mixture in the tray & flatten with spatula (Keep this tray in refrigerator for a while to make nuggets crispy) Cut it into squares or any shape Coat all nuggets into bread crumbs Heat the pan Pour 2 tbs oil and spread it Drizzle some white sesame seeds Place all nuggets and drizzle some oil on them Fry on slow to medium flame Cook until they turn golden-brown from both sides Take them on a serving plate and serve with tomato ketchup Your Scrumptious Vegetable & Poha Nuggets ready Facebook: / meghnasfoodmagic Twitter: / meghnafoodmagic Instagram: / meghnasfoodmagic Website: https://www.chefmeghnas.in
