Justin Spaulding is co-founder of Spaulding Group (Property Management) & SG Realty (holding company), owning and managing $16,000,000+ of real estate including 215 apartments, 110 storage units, 3 offices and a warehouse. He is, most recently, a minority shareholder of MAVANA (Mixed Animal Veterinary Associates North America). MAVANA owns 21 veterinary practices throughout the United States. He made his first real estate investment at age 19 and then decided to become an independent distributor for a leading direct sales company, AdvoCare. He has since grown to the top 1% of distributors. His AdvoCare income has acted as seed money for all other investments. In college he was a multi-year captain and NCAA All American on the field and in the classroom.
