Fun fact: when them people I used to work with formed 40 Acres Community Ranch, there were 8 of them. Did they form an 8-member LLC? Nope. They made ONE dude sign on the dotted line and agree to take on the nearly $50K in cash debt they needed to get started . When it fell apart, I had every right (and justification, considering the circumstances) to call in that debt and have that one dude sending me a piece of every dollar he earned for the next 10 years… and he would have been 100% on his own in doing so. His seven “comrades” would’ve f*cked off to communes all over the country while he found work to pay me . But I chose not to .
