The new hub world, Splatsville, has the vibe of a beautiful, bustling patchwork community. The atmosphere of Splatfests are loud, crowded, and exuberant. A lot of this energy is thanks to the new idol gorup, Deep Cut, who have the most countercultural vibe of any of the idol groups so far - in the single player mode especially, these three characters exude the attitude of "be yourself even if society thinks you're weird." And their song, "Anarchy Rainbow," further represents the idea of cultural fusion, harmoniously bringing together the traditional music of three cultures: -Shiver's section has traditional Japanese instruments -Frye's section is reminiscent of Bollywood or possibly Arabic music -The chorus is in the style of Brazilian samba These musical genres come from vastly different parts of the world, but they blend together so well because they're all styles of music meant for festivals, celebration, and dancing. Its a beautiful kind of chaos, and definitely further develops the theme of music bringing people together!
