The classic deck of cards prison workout, aka the DECK OF PAIN, is thoically with body weight exercises BUT I decided to switch it up and use actual heavy weight. Now the weights may not seem that heavy you say. LET ME TELL YA…about 20 minutes in and this became unbearable. If you attempt this with respectable weight, i can PROMISE you about half way through the deck youll understand why i titled this “the IMPOSSIBLE workout”. Clean and press is exhausting no matter what do when you have to squat right after it or dare I say, pull another diamond card and have to immediately do another set of clean and press, it gets pretty brutal. Squats are hard too. Rows and bench are like the catch your breath sets but the exhaustion builds up quick. Since this video was filmed, I experimented with swapping exercises and no matter what, it’ll always exhaust ya no matter what combo of exercises you chose. For example..Front squats. RDLs. Overhead press. Pull-ups. Try that combination and get back to me. GOODNESS GRACIOUS…this is my new go-to for conditioning. It’s truly 🐴 🐔CARDIO!! I love it. Closest thing I’ve felt to that exhaustion only rivaled by tussling. Highly recommend you give it a try!
