Explorers of Alpha is the first difficulty and Quality of Life hack based on Explorers of Sky. The hack includes new events, quests, and features, including an expanded postgame storyline involving Scizor and the Treasures of the World, leading to an epic conclusion with the Alpha Pokemon. Explorers of Alpha has been developed with replayability and accessibility in mind. Ever since injecting custom code has been normalized in the Sky modding community, most of the changes aim to implement new mechanics and provide the most complete and interesting experience possible while retaining the core Explorers of Sky story and environment. My personal thoughts on the EOA: I played through the hack on the "difficult" setting (there are 2 more options that are even more difficult!). It was great to see a Darkrai fight where you are close to max level, rather than the base game where you would normally be around level 50. The QOL features, including the Porygon additions, were great, and make it hard to go back to the base game. The added Scizor questline leading up to the final battle was very intriguing. If you are someone who has played Explorers of Sky multiple times and are looking for a challenge, or an added storyline in the postgame, I couldn't think of a better hack to checkout!
