Identifying that electricity is a major source of advancement and improvement in people’s living standards and it is central to Ekiti’s economic productivity, Governor Oyebanji vowed to tackle the poor & shortage of reliable electricity supply in Ekiti State which has been a major constraint on our economic growth. Mr Governor immediately swung into action. Connection of a new feeder and rehabilitation of 33KV line began …19KM, 33KV line from 132KV TCN Sub-station at Omisanjana to Ilawe, Erijiyan, and Ikogosi. This will among other benefits, reduce the exorbitant amount spent on fuel by the investors in Ikogosi warm spring resort and other small business owners in that axis including some parts of Ado Ekiti. It seems impossible then but today, it is ready for commissioning at 10 am in Ikogosi Ekiti. 💃🏻💃🏻 The Community Communications office monitored and covered the electrification project when it started early this year.
