Hi! Welcome to The Pomodoro Room:) I hope you're able to focus better and you're able to do whatever tasks you have set out for yourself! What is Pomodoro? Pomodoro Studying is a method of focus designed to help individuals maintain concentration, reduce mental fatigue, and manage tasks more effectively by working in intervals and resting in between. Typically, pomodoro sessions are split up with 25 minutes of focus and 5 minutes of rest, however, times may vary for different sessions. How to use this Pomodoro: 1: Use the first 5 minutes to prepare yourself and your space for focus. Grab some water, tell your family or roommates that you don't want to be disturbed, plug up your phone, literally, whatever you may need to prepare! 2: When the first countdown starts, it's time to focus! Allow your brain to be locked in to whatever it is you're doing. 3: During the break, let your brain breathe, close your eyes, respond to texts, relax:) 4: When time is up, wrap up whatever you're doing and be grateful for what you have accomplished!
