High protein veg cutlet recipe Ingredients: ------------------- Soya chunks 1cup Carrot ½ cup beans ½ cup cabbage 1 cup boiled potato 2 onion 1 big ginger 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp green chilli 2 salt 1 tsp tumeric powder ¼ tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp redchilli powder 1tsp garam masala 1 tsp Maggie masala 1 packet Soya sauce 1 tbsp coriander leaves ¼ cup bread crumbs 1 cup corn flour ¼ cup oil (as per your requirement) Methods: 1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears. 2. Add onions and veggies: Add chopped onion and saute for a few minutes Then, add chopped carrot, beans, and cabbage. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. 3. Add shredded soya chunks: Add the boiled and shredded mealmaker. Mix well. 4. Add spices: Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and magic masala. Mix everything well and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 5. Add soya sauce: Pour in the soya sauce and mix well. Adjust salt as per taste. 6. Final touch: Cook for another 2 minutes and switch off the flame. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. 7.Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat. 8. Add the food to the pan, ensuring it's only partially submerged in oil. 9. Cook the food for a few minutes on each side until it’s golden and crispy. 10. Remove and drain the excess oil on paper towels.
