Darshan And Pavithra Gowda Appears in Court | ಮತ್ತೆ ದರ್ಶನ್, ಪವಿತ್ರಾ ಗೌಡ ಮುಖಾಮುಖಿ..ರೇಣುಕಾಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಷರತ್ತುಬದ್ಧ ಜಾಮೀನು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಗಿದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಂದು(ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 25) ಸಿಟಿ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮುಂದೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ 17 ಜನ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಹಾಜರಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಜನವರಿ 10ರಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸೆಷನ್ಸ್‌ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಎದುರಿಸಿದರು. ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲೇ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಪವಿತ್ರಾ ಗೌಡ ಮುಖಾಮುಖಿ ಆಗಿದ್ದರು. ದರ್ಶನ್ ನೋಡಿ ಪವಿತ್ರಾ ಭಾವುಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ವರದಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಬಳಿಕ ಮುಂದಿನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 25ಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಿತ್ತು,ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡುವಾಗ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಎಲ್ಲಾ 17 ಜನ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಷರತ್ತು ವಿಧಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇಂದು ಕೂಡ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಎದುರಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಂದೂವರೆ ತಿಂಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ ಮತ್ತೆ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಪವಿತ್ರಾ ಗೌಡ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖಾಮುಖಿ ಆಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ The accused in the Renukaswamy case have been granted conditional bail. But the hearing of the case is not over yet. Today (February 25) all 17 accused are appearing before the City Civil Court. The case will be heard in the court. Earlier on January 10, all the accused appeared in the Sessions Court in Bengaluru and faced the hearing. After six months, Darshan and Pavitra Gowda faced each other in the court. It was reported that Pavitra was emotional after seeing Darshan. Later, the court adjourned the next hearing to February 25. While granting bail, the court had imposed a condition on all 17 accused that they should attend the hearing without fail. So, today too, all of them will face the hearing.
