World Cup Downhill racing teams are always chasing marginal gains. This year, we've seen lots of tech banned in other sports being used in Downhill. We saw the return of skin suits, now known as speed suits and Tuned Mass Dampers being used by a few teams. But what is a Tuned Mass Damper?
