Season the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. 2. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly crispy. 3. Transfer the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate. Creating the Creamy Lemon Sauce: 1. Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, add the crushed garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. 2. Add Liquid: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. 3. Combine Ingredients: Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and dried thyme. Continue to simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon. 4.
