Steps: 1. Find the Products online or find a Junk Yard with a Extended cab Nissan Hardbody. ( Steps to Remove from Extended Cab ) 2. Remove the Drivers seat, Push it forward and remove the 2 Rear bolts, then push it back and remove the 2 Front bolts. 3. Under the carpet on the Drivers side to the Left of the Shifter the harness is plugged in pull away the carpet to get access to unplug it. 4. below the Cab glass is a metal Trim mldg with 4 Philips screws on it you will need to remove. 5. once the trim is removed the carpet is held on with 4 Philips screws. 6. The Speaker removal. 3 Philips screws are holding it on and 3 are just there for show and have metal rivets on the back side and wont unscrew and just for show and don't hold on the speaker grille. once the 3 screws are removed the grille should come off. 7. Pull on the speaker and it should come out the magnet will keep it on the back panel until you pull on the speaker. 8. Disconnect the harness plug and put the speaker aside. 9. 3 10mm bolts are holding it on and you can also use a Philips screw driver if needed to remove them. 10. repeat the same for the other side. 11. 2 round plastic push in retainer clips are int he center as well as 2 square clips just pop them out with a flat head screw drivers or a door panel clip removal tool. ( Install into Non-extended cab ) 12. you will notice the Standard cab in the video in red has a Extra reinforcement for the bench seat that the Extended cab does not and this acts as a stopper for the bench seat to protect the back glass. This Reinforcement on Each end covers the upper Screw Hole. 13. As a template put the bracket up and line the 2 lower holes make sure to look at the L and R to make sure you got the correct side for Left and Right. 14. I took a Marker and outlined what needed to be removed to allow access for the bracket. you can see a example in the video of what I cut with before and after. 15. once cut you will need to paint to avoid rust the back panel. 16. Install brackets using the 3 10mm bolts. 17. on the Standard cabs to plug in the harness you don't have to remove the carpet and or the seats you can push the bench seat forward and or bucket seat if you swap them out and the plug is just past the carpet cut off line and plug it in. 18. now the install is just in reverse order of the removal and now you have 4 speakers. you can use the upper metal trim panel to finish off the area however you will have to tap the holes to allow a bolt to thread in or you can drive the Philips screws in. I used a tap to make threads for mine and put it in and I might toss the carpet in at a later time if I end up with bucket seats to give it a finished look. The back panel is the same on all D21's the only difference being extended and standard cab with the Reinforcement.
