Bride’s Mom Passes 2 Weeks Before Her Wedding Day | Emotional Wedding Video Will Leave You in Tears

Macy and Blake celebrated their beautiful wedding in Seaside, Florida at The Chapel at Seaside, followed by a luxurious reception under a tent at Ruskin Park. There aren't enough words to describe the emotional impact of this day, it ended up looking a lot different than how Macy, Blake, and her family initially envisioned it would look — a beautiful celebration missing the presence of a woman whom they love the most in this world. Beloved mother and wife, Sharon, lost her hard-fought battle to breast cancer on March 6, 2021, just 15 days before Macy was set to walk down the aisle. Sharon helped Macy plan EVERY detail of this day, she even had her dress picked out for the day of, to celebrate her beautiful daughter getting married. As Macy so intimately shared, her mom didn't have many requests in her final days, but she was adamant that no matter what, Macy and Blake get married on March 21, 2021, and that's exactly what they did. The story of how Sharon's spirit showed up for her daughter, husband, and family over M+B's wedding weekend is something that I still don't have the words for. As I've shared before, it’s hard to articulate what it feels like to bear witness to a family so heavily grieving, while simultaneously rejoicing in celebration. There are moments from their wedding that will permanently be imprinted on my heart forever. What makes this film so impactful is all of the elements that were entirely out of anyone's control, within it holds a deeper message that pierces our hearts. It's a story of love, loss, and unbreakable faith. I will never be able to express the honor that it was for Macy, Blake, and their families to have so warmly invited us in to share in their grief and their immense celebration for such a long-awaited day. I can't wait to invite everyone in to fall in love with this story.
