L-5B's land on extremely narrow road near Itoman, which serves as a makeshift airstrip. First Medical Battalion personnel place US Marine causualties aboard Stinson L-5B aircraft. Several L-5Bs are seen landing, having wounded placed on board, and taking off again. Man with signal flag directs landings. One L-5B is seen being pushed backwards to the patient loading area, after landing. A wounded Marine on a stretcher is fastened into the aircraft which then takes off.
