I wrote this song based on the love story of my mom and dad. My mom describes meeting my dad as an "answer to her prayers". Although it was "love at first sight" when she first met my dad in college, they both wanted to fulfill a life-long dream to serve missions for their LDS church and so they waited 3 years for each other while my dad served in Mexico and my mom served in Arizona. My grandma also told me that when my dad was born she literally heard angels singing! My mom always tells my dad, "Those were the angels that brought you to me." I hope that when I meet that special someone it's as magical for me as it was for my mom and dad 20 years ago.
