This is a review by Megan's Mom on 4/4/25 (Friday) of the Boysenberry Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Tart that we got at Prop Shop Pizzeria in the Boardwalk area during the Boysenberry Festival at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA. The Boysenberry Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Tart probably featured a shortbread cookie crust with a boysenberry cheesecake mixture inside which was sprinkled with sugar and burned with a flame until the sugar caramelized.
