Beginning in the Grizzly area, Guests can enjoy the self-guided discovery tour using educational signage or download a free tour app to their mobile devices to learn about the animal residents. Bam Bam, the Grizzly Bear, is considered the “Ham” of the Refuge because of his love of attention. His favorite activities include showing off his balancing skills while he spins and twirls around large branches. Bam Bam moved into the sanctuary in the fall of 2013.
