Use my discount code, SONJAFLEW10 https://rogershood.com/ ~blessings, Sonja~ HEALTHY MARSHMALLOWS ✅ Ingredients: •1c water (I added some more for extra) •3tbsp marshmallow root •maple syrup (add a drop of vanilla extract if you want) •powdered sugar _____________________________________ 🫙Make marshmallow root water: •1c water •3tbsp marshmallow root •mix together in a jar, set aside overnight 🛌💤 (strain in the morning or leave powder at bottom) _____________________________________ 🧑🏽‍🍳Now it’s time to make the marshmallows: •Prep a pan with powdered sugar (& parchment paper) •1/2c marshmallow root water (strained) •2tbsp grass fed gelatin •mix in mixing bowl & set aside to “bloom” •1/2c marshmallow root water •1c maple syrup •mix in pot & boil to approx. 240 degrees (I did a few minutes…I should have let it boil 8min) 🥣Now, put the two together in mixer •mix the gelatin by itself (it will be clumpy) •add the boiled liquid slowly into gelatin •mix for 7-8 min •do NOT over mix •quickly add to pan with spatula •refrigerate 2hrs •cut & put away in fridge or freezer for a daily dose 😊 _________________________________________ HOT COCO Milk (whatever kind you like, approx 6c) Coco powder (approx 1/2c) Sugar to taste (approx 1/2c) Pinch salt Vanilla extract (cap full) Healthy marshmallows!!!!!!!
