First, select the new data, including the heading, and copy it by pressing CTRL+C. Then, click on the chart and press CTRL+V to paste the new data on the right-hand side of the chart. Voila! Your chart will now include the new data without affecting any of your formatting. This trick is a game-changer for those who work with multiple charts and need to update them regularly. But what if you need to remove data from the chart? No problem. You can either use the blue handles on the chart to hide specific data points, or you can select the data and press Delete.
