I hope you enjoyed the video and coming along for my Monday (I was super not into it being a Monday!) 😂 If you want to try my Bolognese sauce, I'll post my recipe below: ●Beef mince or a mix of beef and pork mince ●Onion, Celery & Cartots, finely chopped ● Garlic puree or garlic granules - small handful or a small-ish squeeze ● Beef stock cube ● Red wine (or Sangria!) A decent glug ● Oregano & Basil, parsley if you have some!, and paprika. Small palmful ●Tomato passata ●Tomato puree - a good squidge ●Small spoonful or 2 of sugar ●Bay Leaf (remove before serving) Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, add the carrots, onion and celery and cook for a few minutes to soften. Add the meat and brown it all off. Then add the garlic, stock cube, herbs, paprika and pepper, stir it all together and then add the red wine and cook for a few mins. Add the passata, and a squidge of tomato puree and stir all together, then add a small spoonful or two of sugar, depending on how much passata you have used. Then add a bay leaf or 2, again, depending on how much sauce you have! Leave it to simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Alternatively, transfer to an oven dish and cook, covered in the oven on 180c for half an hour. Serve with a pasta of your choice and enjoy!! xx
