Anna University Sexual Assault Case: Madras High Court Orders SIT Investigation | India Today

The Madras High Court has ordered the formation of a Special Investigation Team to probe the sexual assault case involving a 19-year-old engineering student at Anna University in Chennai. The court has directed the Tamil Nadu government to pay ₹25 lakh compensation to the victim for trauma caused by the FIR leak.
