Step 2: There are some "Chinese Symbols" (the golden circles with designs) on the floors, and on the tops of certain elevators throughout the map. You and your teammate must stand on top of the tiles with the same design at the same time until they glow. Step 3: You will need to have a sniper rifle (Doesn't matter who and doesn't matter what sniper rifle, keep in mind there is one available on the wall). Now, there are orbs in the mouth of each of the dragon signs on top of the building, you need to shoot both of these with the sniper. Once you shoot them, they will disappear, and reappear under the feet of the lion statues in the starting room. Important: This is now where you will choose a side you will complete, Richtofen or Maxis! Step 4: To continue with Richtofen's side, you need to acquire the sliquifier and rapidly shoot the orbs under the lions' feet. Step 6: Once you have flung enough zombies, you will get another voice over. Now whomever has the galvaknuckles needs to hit the 4 poles of the tower in a certain order (This changes for everyone). The Mahjong tiles located around the map will indicate the order. If you are not sure how to do this you may just continue with a trial and error method.
