A beautiful song composed by Rob Calum MacLeòid from Lewis. I have my teacher Christine Primrose to thank as she gave this touching song to me. This is a deeply poetic and personal Gaelic song, rich with longing, movement, and love for a cherished place—Càrlabhagh (Carloway on the Isle of Lewis). It flows with themes of homecoming, memory, sea travel, and youthful joy. The accompanying photos are mostly taken on my travels to the Isle of Lewis. I hope this song takes you there!
