Vesipesu

This is something I do when I feel especially stiff, stuck and sore, a "method" of sorts I call Vesipesu (water washing). This is not a performance, it isn't for anybody else, and I don't give a fig about the camera (I simply film to see if there are any repetitive patterns happening). It doesn't need to be "pretty", I don't need to do "well", in fact, there's no demand for anything at all – it simply is what it is at that particular moment, the only "requirement" is that it needs to feel good. I use it to wash myself, often before I need to do something or be somewhere that demands my full presence. I use it to clean myself of whatever I'm carrying, it helps me to just be what and whoever I am, with no extra load. Please do take it, try it, use it, let's wash ourselves with the sea inside.
