Cold Creek to Wheeler Pass Peak

On Sunday, October 16, 2022, we (Jeff, Caynen, Louie & myself) set out for an off-road adventure up the Wheeler Pass trail from the Las Vegas (Cold Creek) side and it turned out to be a really fun day on an enjoyable 4x4 trail. Out path for the day was approximately 13 miles total (6.5 up & the same back down). A wee bit of technicality, but intermediate for the most part. We'll definitely go back to run this trail again in the future, and perhaps take it all the way through to Pahrump Nevada, which I understand is 26 miles. The footage in this video was captured with a variety of different devices: A GoPro HERO4 Session (FHD) mounted to the windshield of my Jeep and on the rear for the way back down, a DJI Mini 2 (4K UHD) for a short bit at the plateau/peak, and an iPhone 12 Pro Max for all of the still shots shown in this video.
