I predicted long before I tried Elize that Pow Hammer Revenge would be a minor inconvenience. And... yeah, it was just a minor inconvenience lol. In fact, Elize is the first secondary shadow boss we cleared on the first try. Pow Hammer Revenge, eat your heart out. So Shadow Elize. You'd think she'd hit like a wimp melee wise since Elize's P. Attack isn't that good. But you'd be wrong. Her spells obviously are the real meat, but she had no trouble picking up KOs without them. Even Shadow Elize supports the Meleelize agenda! That said, almost everything she casts is scary since unless Rowen's linked with someone or they manage to guard, yeah they're dead. No buts. And for the longer animation spells like Negative Gate or Dark Visitor, it'll eat through Revive which is a setback that I'm sure Shadow Muzet and Rowen will channel. Now for my party choice. Rowen I brought for a few reasons: he's my best Skillseal inflicter, possible Spell Queue shenanigans since Shadow Elize has Grace, and Auto Magic Guard might come in clutch. And boy was I glad to see one of the run's memes come back from a Round 2 as Spambot Rowen proves he's still got it. Made me kinda wish I brought Muzet to see if we could truly meme on Shadow Elize, but having just Ludger frontline might've bit me in the butt. Soooo Leia's here to support Ludger up front! Elize mainly stays back and does Revive/heal spam since Dark resistance nixes her attack spells and she does NOT have the P. Defense to go up front. And Leia/Ludger, their gameplan's the same as usual: tank and don't die plz. Well that was a refreshing breeze. Still took a decent chunk of time to beat but we only had 3 members attacking so it was destined to be a slower go. But we got a first go AND another sub 20 minutes! Things are lookin' up in the world. Now as for our next victim, let's just say those titles I promised would make sense are finally going to pay off.
