We should not rub it. We can press it gently and there should not be any lateral force, tangential force or shear force. That will decrease the healing, we need to wear pressure garment when multiple lipomas are operated then no need for pressure garment. Less number of lipomas are operated directly. Directly means there is no liposuction. Then the small tiny nick there is a tendency of it becoming large, if there is a tendency of hypertrophic scarring tendencny.
