History doesn't repeat itself, but it rhymes: John Langdon at TEDxDrexelU

He is also a fine artist, a typography professor here at Drexel, and a writer ‹ his book "Wordplay" was published in 1992 and republished in 2005. He has, in recent years, rewritten Alice in Wonderland, which will be available as an interactive e-book/app next year, under the title "Alice & The Graceful White Rabbit." In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
