When you have no idea what to cook, this quick and delicious noodle recipe can save your day. Ingredients: 4 small carrots, 2 spring onions, 1 medium onion, 2 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 large pack of noodles for two people. I chose chicken-curry–flavored noodles. Sauté the onions for 2 minutes, then add the carrots and garlic. Boil the noodles in hot water for 3–4 minutes, add them to the pan, and mix in the spring onions, soy sauce, and the noodle seasoning. Stir well and sauté briefly. Fry two eggs on the side — and that’s it! Your tasty noodles are ready.
